Dana can let in and reflect her client's most authentic light. She can hone in on and capitalize on an individual's strengths while simultaneously smoothing out their weaknesses. She's a magician. She brings an open mind and a sense of humor to every session. Even when given constructive and sometimes tricky feedback, I felt respected, understood, and part of something bigger than myself.

This year has been one of the most interesting years of my life. With my mother's passing and some bad personal choices, I found my marriage in need of repair, my 20-year career down the drain, and the ability to get out of bed seemingly impossible at times. I have known Dana for roughly over a year, and when I confided in her, she was there to offer words of kindness and the belief in me that I needed to make some big changes, but in a way that didn't feel so overwhelming to me. She presented ideas for change in baby steps, from getting my butt out of bed at a certain time to a basic daily schedule. When I really felt like my life was falling apart, she gave me ways to pull myself up. She made my big challenges feel small and surmountable. I have made some minor changes which resulted in big results. I still have a way to go to get back to where I was, but with Dana's support, I feel like it's not impossible. For that, Dana, I thank you so much!!!!

I was lucky to have worked with Dana in consulting over a decade ago and was drawn to her style of leadership and authenticity very early. When I became aware Dana was providing coaching services, I was very quick to make contact.
My focus on this ‘unrelenting hustle’, and inability to step back mentally from work has seen me neglect my health, my family, lose perspective and doubt my own abilities, leading to burnout.
Dana has helped me notice and acknowledge the symptoms, examine the underlying causes, and develop preventive strategies to counteract my particular patterns to burnout.
These tools have helped me prioritise self-care; carving time out for high value work priorities yet still freeing up meaningful time to work on personal initiatives that align to my values and provide me with a real sense of purpose.
Burnout can feel insurmountable but it’s not a long-term sentence. Thank you, Dana.
