Over the years, I have read many articles on sleep routines and meditations and even contemplated positive self-talk every time I walked through a door. Sometimes these practices seemed so silly! I didn't yet believe that simple solutions would change my life significantly. I thought I needed to attend a week-long, expert-led retreat to create change. But a short morning routine was one of the most significant and impactful things I implemented to improve my life in recent years.
Even though I was skeptical, my coach convinced me to start with affirmations for one week and then report back on the results.
